MANHATTAN MIDNIGHT | MOVIE POSTER
"Manhattan Midnight" unfolds the gripping tale of a hired professional who inadvertently targets the wrong girl, only to find himself entangled in a quest for redemption. Discovering that his missed target has a twin sister, he must now protect her from the clutches of the underground syndicate. In visually representing this narrative, I drew inspiration from the iconic imagery of New York City. Using a cut apple to symbolize Manhattan, I sculpted the outer area to mirror the silhouette of the twin sisters. This metaphorical representation not only encapsulates the essence of the story but also serves as a compelling visual motif that resonates with the film's themes of mistaken identity and redemption amidst the urban backdrop of New York City.
This piece has gotten a recognition by the Dark Horizon website as a Poster of the Year in 2001.
